Renowned for reinventing Middle Eastern cuisine, Shane Delia has led Australia’s culinary scene for over 18 years. As the chef behind Maha, Maha East, and Jayda, he pushes the boundaries of flavour and storytelling.
Layla marks Delia’s Brisbane debut, where he brings his innovative approach to spice and a commitment to local Queensland produce, creating a menu distinct from his Melbourne venues.
