Our wine list has been built for the way we like to eat at Layla – generously, socially and with plenty of flavour. The collection moves from bright, fresh and textural wines made for Brisbane’s warmer days through to serious reds, Champagne and rare cellar releases.
We look for thoughtful producers, interesting varieties and wines with a sense of place. Small-batch makers sit alongside benchmark producers, with Australia, the Mediterranean, Europe and beyond all represented.
Most importantly, wine at Layla should be enjoyable rather than intimidating. Whether you’re discovering something new by the glass or opening something extraordinary from the cellar, our team is here to help you find the right bottle for the table.

Layla’s food begins in the Middle East and the Mediterranean, and our cellar travels there too. Our list explores producers and varieties from Lebanon, Greece, Italy, France and across the Mediterranean, alongside Australian and international wines that share the same qualities we look for in our food – freshness, texture, generosity and character.
It creates a natural connection between what’s on the plate and what’s being poured into the glass.
